The first J-coupling region will be taken into account, and the value of the J-coupling will be automatically generated from the region and the region’s CPL and CPL bias.
When you’re done, you can save the result in a.xyz file.
You can also choose to print the result of the simulation.
This output consists of a list of couplings stored in.xyz format.
